You can place an order in two ways:

1. Create an online account

To sign up for a Renouards online account, please visit our Register page. You can use this account to shop our site, add items to your Wishlist, and track orders and returns. For more information on creating an online account, please read our terms and conditions.

 

2. Use guest account

If you would like to shop online without signing up for an account, you are welcome to shop as a guest. To do so, add items to your shopping basket as usual and complete your order. For more information on using a guest account, please read our terms and conditions.

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, your billing information, and a link to track your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us at renouardsofficial@gmail.com or by filling out our form.

Orders will be packaged and sent from our warehouse.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send your request to us at renouardsofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Note that not all orders may be canceled and returned. For more information on how to return your order, please visit our refund policy page.
